Since beginning her real estate career in 2004, she has helped hundreds of buyers, sellers, and investors successfully navigate the ever-changing real estate market throughout Santa Rosa Beach, Scenic Highway 30A, Destin, Miramar Beach, and the surrounding coastal communities.
As the founder and former Broker/Owner of Beach Escapes Realty, Vicki spent years building a boutique real estate brokerage while also growing Beach Escapes Rentals into a successful vacation rental management company. Her extensive experience in both real estate sales and vacation rental management provides clients with a unique advantage, particularly those purchasing second homes, vacation properties, or investment real estate. She understands not only how to buy and sell coastal properties, but also how to maximize their long-term value and rental potential.
Throughout her career, Vicki has remained committed to evolving with the industry to provide the highest level of service and marketing for her clients. As part of that commitment, she made the strategic decision to transition her real estate license to Compass as a Broker Associate.
